With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, homebuilding and real estate development, Jeff has lived every side of the real estate development industry — purchasing, product development, construction operations, land acquisition, entitlements & development. That depth of field experience gives Jeff a unique ability to translate Belfiore's market data into real-world insight for builders, developers and investors.
Kathy is a career accountant and HR Manager. She continues this legacy at Belfiore Analytics, managing all aspects of business finances,
recruiting, and top-notch benefits.
Ethan has grown up in the research business, starting as a filing clerk more than a decade ago, and growing into Data Input and Analytical roles. He recently graduated from Northern Arizona University. He loves to read, write, and is a natural speaker.
Alton graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Finance & Economics and from North Greenville University with a Masters in Organizational Leadership. He also played collegiate baseball for 5 years.
Ethan has long understood that the world favors the data-savvy. He recently graduated from Northern Arizona University. He loves to work with numbers and communicate effectively with clients in his home state.
