Belfiore Analytics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Belfiore Analytics application. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used solely to identify your account and communicate with you about the service.
If you choose to enable the "Nearby Insights" feature in the mobile application, we access your device's location data to show you local communities our system has data on. Location access is opt-in, is not enabled by default, and is only used while the feature is actively in use. We do not collect or store location data when the feature is not enabled.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. FCM may collect device identifiers necessary for notification delivery. For more information, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only as described above (Firebase Cloud Messaging) or as required by law.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
Belfiore Analytics is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
